INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION FOR WEB CAMERA OPERATION

The web camera was moved behind the building so that you can see the what is happening at your resort.  A user ID and password are required to use the camera.  Please email the resort manager at jsimon@escapesresorts.com to obtain the the user ID and password.  

1.  When you click on the camera icon just above the link for these instructions,  a new page will open.  You will be asked to allow an active X program to be installed.  You must allow this or you will not be able to see the video from the live camera feed.   

2.  Java Runtime must be installed on your computer to allow you to see the actual video feed from the web camera.  If after entering the user ID and password, allowing the Active X controls to be installed, and you can see the video from the resort, then you know you already have Java installed.  If not, Google "Java Runtime" and download and install the program.  Once this is done, you will be able to view the video feed from the web camera.

3.  The icons you see across the top of the picture are not accessible.  You will only be allowed to view the camera video.  Every 15 seconds the view will change.  This will occur from sunup to sundown.

4.  Please do not ask for access to the camera's controls, it will not be given.

5.  The picture below is an approximation of what you will see once the active X control and Java have been installed.
